在粒子加速器设备标定中,如丝靶、剥离膜等设备需采用光学仪器间接测量其中一些运动机构相对于标定基准的偏差,这时需将激光跟踪仪测量的标定基准进行引出,提供用于光学仪器定位的参考点。本文对采用激光跟踪仪进行基准面引出时的误差及其影响进行了分析,通过约束水平拟合及合理选择放样参考点的方法,能有效减小误差的影响。这种方法可提高准直的精度,能为实际工作中类似设备的标定提供指导,保障加速器设备的顺利安装,在加速器准直测量中具有重要意义。
In the particle accelerator device calibration, such as the wire target, stripping film and other equipment need to use optical instruments to indirectly measure some of the movement mechanism relative to the calibration standard deviations, then the laser tracker calibration standard to be drawn to provide for optical Reference point for instrument positioning. In this paper, the error and its influence on the reference plane of the laser tracker are analyzed. By constraining the level fitting and selecting the reference point reasonably, the influence of the error can be reduced effectively. This method can improve the accuracy of collimation, and provide guidance for the calibration of similar equipment in practical work. It is of great significance in the accelerator collimation measurement to ensure the smooth installation of accelerator equipment.
