由武警总医院组成的中国国际救援队医疗分队首次执行新疆震区医疗救助任务

2月24日,新疆巴楚、伽师发生地震后,由武警总医院8名医疗技术人员组成的中国国际救援队医疗分队,连夜从北京赶到震区并展开救援工作。这是该组织组建后第一次承担医疗救援任务。 担负国内和国际各类灾情紧急救援任务的中国国际救援队,成立于2001年4月。救援队医疗分队的13名成员全部由武警总医院的医疗技术人员组成。他们在国内接受了专业训练,部分成员还到法国、荷兰等国参加了培训。 这支以机动、灵活、快速、高效为主要特征的医疗分队,接到命令半小时内,就迅速将救援车辆、心肺复苏机、移动式担架、外伤固定器等一批高、精、尖医疗救护设备准备完毕。出发前,正在武警总医院检查工作的武警部队副司令员刘世民就如何做好震区的医疗救助工作做了重要指示,武警总医院院长王发强做了战前动员。医疗队员于当日晚7时30分从首都机场乘专机出发,25日凌晨1时许抵达喀什,兵分两路连夜奔赴灾区。据医疗分队队长、武警总医院副主任医师彭碧波介绍,他带领的医疗小组到达震区巴楚县后,就立即在该县12个乡镇卫生院展开巡诊,进行检伤分类和医疗救护。医疗小组与当地卫生人员协同作战,到25日上午10时,仅在 On February 24, after the earthquake in Bachu and Jiashi, Xinjiang, China’s international medical team composed of eight medical technicians from the Armed Police General Hospital rushed to the quake zone from Beijing and started the rescue work overnight.
