本文从红外跟踪光学系统的常见结构和要求出发,论述了光组装配中采用胶接连接的重要性和必要性,进而为光组的胶接和装调阐明了实施工艺准则;并介绍了光组综合性能的测试方法。同时,为不同胶种的红外光组提供了高低温光学性能实测数据和分析对比,从而得出以聚硫橡胶红外光组性能最佳的重要结论。最后,对聚硫橡胶及其胶接工艺作了简单介绍。可望在其他红外光学系统装配中得到成功应用。
