中国人的“脸”和“面子”哲学中,常常提及的是“不丢脸”和“争面子”。笔者在语用视野下发现,遵循言语交际中的“幽默准则”往往可以达到成功的人际交往。具体来说,在遇到对方刁难时,“妙答”不仅能成功给自己解围,还能化解尴尬气氛,甚至还能赢得对方的尊敬。“脸”和“面子”的观念,早已深入中国人的精神深处,以这种观念为核心的关系学在中国的政治、经济、社会等诸多领域中起着不可忽视的作用。因此,如何正确理解这种“脸面”观,
