The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises” made by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee serves as a programmatic document guiding the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in the new era, and clarifies the main objectives and guidelines for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. Determined the major measures in the current reform, laid the foundation for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises into a new milestone. Our factory is located in the Shawan District of Leshan City and has two large hydropower stations, namely Gongzui and Tongjiezi on the Dadu River. The total installed capacity is 1.3 million kilowatts. The designed annual power generation is 6.627 billion kilowatt-hours and the fixed assets are 4.1 billion yuan. It is a state-owned super-large hydropower enterprise directly subordinate to Sichuan Electric Power Company. Under the care and guidance of superiors, in recent years, we have conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the Party’s 14th and 15th National Congress.
