囊胚培养是人类辅助生殖技术的发展方向。取卵周期中,许多患者除了移植的囊胚,还会有剩余囊胚需要冷冻保存。目前囊胚保存多采用玻璃化冷冻方法,现就囊胚玻璃化冷冻技术的发展、不同载体和操作方法、尤其是冷冻复苏过程中可能的影响因素作一综述。
Blastocyst culture is the development direction of human assisted reproductive technology. In the oocyte retrieval cycle, many of the patients, in addition to the transplanted blastocysts, still have the remaining blastocysts that need to be cryopreserved. At present, many methods of vitrification are used for the preservation of blastocysts. The development of vitrification of blastocysts and the possible influencing factors in different processes and methods, especially in the process of cryopreservation, are summarized.
