社会主义和谐社会应当是各方面利益关系得到有效协调,社会管理体制不断创新和健全、稳定有序的社会。在这样的社会背景下,要清楚地看到中国语境中的大众文化与西方语境中的大众文化的根本差别,不同社会背景下形成的不同的大众文化观决定着大众文化研究的目的、价值取向和基本立场。在这样的语境下的大众文化建设需要做到,促进主流文化的发展,消徐文化负面现象,制定符合文化产业发展的措施,正确处理与西方文化的关系,提高大众文化生产者的素养等,为此,我们需要深入分析现实环境下大众与文化的定位,引导大众对和谐社会大众文化的追求。
