小儿用药剂量一直是儿科临床工作中重要而又复杂的问题。小儿药物剂量计算方法很多,包括按体重、体表面积、年(月)龄及其他方法,目前多采用前两者。上述所有方法对小儿用药剂量计算都有一定指导意义,但又都有不足之处,或记忆复杂,或计算繁琐,或剂量误差较大。因此,有必要探讨更为记忆简便、计算迅速而剂量准确合理的新的计算方法。在这一思想指导下,我们在临床实践中应用数学原理筛选、探索出两种速算方法,现介绍如下。
Pediatric dosage has been an important and complex issue in pediatric clinical work. Pediatric drug dosage calculation methods, including by weight, body surface area, year (month) age and other methods, the current use of the first two. All of the above-mentioned methods have a certain guiding significance for pediatric dosage calculation, but they all have deficiencies or are complicated in memory or complicated in calculation or have large dose errors. Under the guidance of this idea, we apply mathematical principle screening in clinical practice and explore two quick calculation methods, which are introduced as follows.
