小麦丛矮病自六十年代以来先后在山东、陕西、河北、北京、江苏等省(市)麦区流行为害,致使损失甚重。浙江省于1979年在临安县上溪公社的夏麦田首见发病,病株率一般约5%,严重的可达76.1%,次年秋麦亦见发病。该病的发生或流行,与毒源寄主和介体昆虫的数量及带毒情况关系极为密切。为预测病情,决策防治,中国科学院上海生物化学研究所等曾用血凝法、酶联免疫吸附分析法检测该病的带毒寄主和介体昆虫。本试验应用反向间接炭凝法快速检测小麦丛矮病的寄主种类和介体昆虫带毒率,提供了一种较为简易、经济、适于目前农业科研应用水平的血清学检测法。
Since the 1960s, dwarf dwarf disease of wheat has caused serious losses in the wheat areas of Shandong, Shaanxi, Hebei, Beijing and Jiangsu provinces. In 1979, Zhejiang Province first saw the onset of summer wheat fields in Shangxi Commune of Lin’an County. The rate of diseased plants was about 5% in general and 76.1% in severe cases. The incidence of autumn wheat in the following year was also observed. The occurrence or prevalence of the disease is closely related to the number of poisonous host and mediator insects and the poisoning situation. To predict the disease, prevention and control of decision-making, Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, have used hemagglutination method, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the host of the disease and the host insects and insects. In this study, rapid detection of host species of dwarf disease and vector-mediated virulence in wheat by reverse-indirect carbon-coagulation provided a simple, economical and serological method suitable for the current level of agricultural research.
