区域国别管理既是区域国别研究管理,也是区域国别合作管理,是关于区域国别理论与实践的密切结合。要使区域国别研究和合作取得成效,就必须制定出区域国别管理的基本原则与管理目标。这一任务的制定当然要由管理学者来完成。进入21世纪后,世界经济、政治发生了巨大的变化,随着经济全球化、经济一体化的形成,信息科学技术的发展,似乎世界各国的联系并未进入到人们希望的情势之中,WTO的作用变得越来越不重要,而“单边”协定和区域组织在新的世界格局中却占据着重要的地位,并发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此,区域国别研究和合作以及区域国别管理就显得越来越重要。
Regional country management is not only a regional country-based research management but also a regional country-specific cooperation management, which is a close combination of regional country theory and practice. In order to be effective in country-specific research and cooperation in the region, the basic principles and management objectives of country-specific management in the region must be worked out. Of course, the formulation of this task should be done by management scholars. Since the 21st century, tremendous changes have taken place in the world economy and politics. With the globalization of economy and the formation of economic integration and the development of information science and technology, it seems that the relations among the countries in the world have not entered into the situation that people hope. WTO Have become less and less important. However, the “unilateral” agreements and regional organizations have played an important role in the new world structure and have played a pivotal role. Therefore, regional country studies and cooperation and regional country management are becoming more and more important.
