(一)订立爱国公约的过程 為了使同学訂好爱国公约,校行政在五四的纪念会上及五七的週會上,说明了訂立愛國公約的意義,並指出了同学們现存的缺點和努力方向,以作為他們訂公约時的参考。此後各班便接連開了好幾次班幹部會議,小组漫談,以及全班的檢討會等,由漫談、討論、找出班上的缺點,及克服這些缺點的辦法,然後訂立了各班的愛国公约。经党、政、团、及学生会的联席会審查批准後,再经全班簽名通过;便開始實行。在各班的公约都訂立后,校行政还作了全校各班訂立愛国公约的总結,指出收獲與偏向,並着重地指出,全体同学應該怎樣保證實行。
