利用3对引物对47份品系进行Wx基因分子检测,其中3份白粒小麦为野生型材料,22份蓝粒小麦和22份紫粒小麦为Wx基因全突变型材料,即全糯小麦。对其部分氨基酸含量进行多重比较,结果表明,总体上蓝粒糯小麦氨基酸含量高于紫粒糯小麦,紫粒糯小麦高于白粒小麦;3种类型小麦精氨酸、半胱氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、缬氨酸含量差异极显著;异亮氨酸、色氨酸含量差异达显著水平。
Three pairs of primers were used to detect Wx gene in 47 strains. Among them, three wheat cultivars were wild type, 22 were blue wheat and 22 were purple wheat. The results showed that amino acid content of blue waxy wheat was higher than that of purple waxy wheat and purple waxy wheat better than that of white wheat on the whole. Arginine, cysteine, The contents of lysine, methionine, threonine and valine were significantly different. The contents of isoleucine and tryptophan were significantly different.
