采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法就学校体育设施对外开放的现状及其存在的问题进行了研究,探讨了学校体育设施对外开放的对策。武汉市中小学体育设施占到全武汉市公共体育设施的76%,但是开放现状与广大市民的需求还有很大的差距,安全、管理、维护经费等问题制约了开放的力度。应将学校体育设施的科学管理和合理的对外开放结合起来,建立学校体育设施资源与社会共享的规范和制度。
The status quo of the opening up of school physical education facilities and its existing problems were studied by literature review, logical analysis and expert interviews. The measures to open the school physical education facilities to the outside world were discussed. Sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan account for 76% of the total public sports facilities in Wuhan. However, there is still a big gap between the current situation of openness and the needs of the general public. Problems such as safety, management and funding for maintenance have restricted the opening up. Schools should be the scientific management of sports facilities and reasonable opening up together to establish the school sports facilities resources and social norms and systems.
