1锅炉简介Q82/1000-25-3.82/450是河北某化工企业购买的1台三废混燃余热锅炉。锅炉为立式布置,采用单锅筒纵置式的自然循环水管锅炉。主要受热面布置有水冷屏、前后包墙管束、过热器、对流管束、省煤器等。水冷屏和对流管束是通过管子与上、下集箱连成一体。水冷屏分上、下两级布置,对流管束分三级布置,采用顺排布置,其上、下集箱分别通过下降管和导汽管与锅筒相连形成独立的自然循环。

The water-cooling screen is divided into upper and lower stages, and the convection tube bundle is arranged in three stages and arranged in a row. The upper header and the lower header are respectively connected with the drum through a descending pipe and a guide tube to form an independent natural circulation.
