数字化的发展带动了新媒体的崛起,这给传统报业市场带来了前所未有的竞争压力,因而对成本的有效管理和可控制已经成为了报业集团的生存关键。然而,从报业集团发展的现状来看,其成本管理工作中的核算不规范、计划不全面以及控制不到位等问题仍普遍存在着。基于此,为有效提升报业集团的企业管理水平,本文提出了增设业绩考核、划分权责、深化成本分析等一系列加强报业集团成本管理的制度和方法,为报业集团成本管理工作的开展提供了依据。
