本文观测了2Cr12Ni2Mo2WV钢的回火转变,结果表明:回火温度从室温至400℃,马氏体分解,析出M_3C;从400~500℃,M_3C回溶到基体中,M_7C_3直接从基体中沉淀析出,产生二次硬化;从500~600℃,M_7C_3转变成M_(23)C_6,钢中碳化物含量显著增加,钢的强度急剧下降;回火温度超过600℃,M_(23)C_6继续析出并长大;该钢的残余奥氏体和它的过冷奥氏体相似,在A_(c 1)~M_s温度范围内十分稳定,回火过程中不发生残余奥氏体转变。
In this paper, the tempering transformation of 2Cr12Ni2Mo2WV steel was observed. The results show that the martensite decomposes and precipitates M_3C at tempering temperature from 400 ℃ to 500 ℃, and M_3C precipitates into matrix directly from 400 ℃ to 500 ℃. M_7C_3 precipitates directly from the matrix , Resulting in secondary hardening. From 500 ℃ to 600 ℃, M_7C_3 transformed into M_ (23) C_6, the content of carbides in steel increased significantly and the strength of steel decreased sharply. When the tempering temperature exceeded 600 ℃, M_ (23) C_6 continued to precipitate The residual austenite of this steel is similar to its austenite and is very stable in the temperature range of A_ (c 1) ~ M_s. The residual austenite transformation does not occur during tempering.
