针对柔片式密封系统中柔片变形对密封性能的影响,建立密封区域的流体动力学模型以及基于弹性柔片小挠度弯曲变形的微分方程,并进行ANSYS单向耦合仿真计算,分析不同工况和结构参数对柔片变形和密封性能的影响。结果表明:柔片变形和密封泄漏量随密封压差的增大呈增长趋势;密封压差、柔片尺寸以及背板-柔片间隙对柔片变形和密封泄漏量影响较大;增加背板-转子/柔片间距会使得柔片变形相对初始安装位置呈逐渐上浮趋势,密封泄漏量随之增加。
In view of the influence of the deformation of the flexible sheet on the sealing performance of the flexible sheet sealing system, the fluid dynamic model of the sealing area and the differential equation based on the small deflection bending deformation of the elastic sheet are established. The ANSYS unidirectional coupling simulation is carried out to analyze the different working conditions And structural parameters on the deformation and sealing performance of the film. The results show that the deformation and seal leakage of the flexible sheet increase with the increase of the seal differential pressure. The seal pressure difference, the size of the flexible sheet and the gap between the back sheet and the flexible sheet greatly affect the deformation and seal leakage of the flexible sheet. - Rotor / flexible sheet spacing will cause the deformation of the flexible sheet relative to the initial installation position to gradually float upward, and the amount of sealing leakage will increase accordingly.
