目的 :由下颌骨螺旋 CT断层像三维重建数据用分层实体制造方法复制该下颌骨。方法 :Rhinoceros3D软件将下颌骨三维数据由 DXF文件转换为 STL文件 ,快速成型机 M- RPMS- II的数据检验与处理软件读入 STL文件、进行实体分层、输出 CL I(comman layer interface)文件 ,监控系统软件读入分层信息 ,设定加工参数 ,控制层厚 0 .1mm的涂敷纸逐层叠加制作下颌骨。结果 :得到了下颌骨纸质实物模型 ,其几何外形与下颌骨标本基本一致。结论 :下颌骨复制模型精度符合颌面外科要求 ,可用于术前设计和规划。
OBJECTIVE: To replicate the mandible by a three-dimensional reconstruction of the mandibular spiral CT tomography data using a layered body method. Methods: Rhinoceros3D software converts mandibular 3D data from DXF file to STL file, and data inspection and processing software of rapid prototyping machine M-RPMS-II reads STL file, and then entity layering is performed to output CL I (comman layer interface) file , Monitoring system software read into the hierarchical information, set the processing parameters, the control layer thickness of 0. 1mm coated paper layer by layer to create the mandible. Results: The physical model of mandible paper was obtained, and its geometrical shape was basically the same as that of mandible. Conclusion: The accuracy of mandibular duplication model meets the requirements of maxillofacial surgery and can be used in preoperative design and planning.
