123I是核医学应用的重要核素。为得到高质量123I,在30MeV质子能量范围内,国际上使用最多的方法是照射124Xe气体靶。欲得到高纯度123I,必须使用丰度≥99.80%的124Xe气体作靶物。为了在实验室中最大限度的减少昂贵124Xe的损失,要求124Xe处理系统有较好的耐压与密封性能。124Xe的储存、转移、纯化和补料是通过气体系统实现的,系统原理示意图示于图1。
123I is an important nuclide for nuclear medicine applications. In order to obtain high quality 123I, the most commonly used method in the world at 30 MeV proton energy is to irradiate the 124Xe gas target. To obtain high purity 123I, 124Xe gas with abundance ≥99.80% must be used as target. In order to minimize the expensive 124Xe loss in the laboratory, the 124Xe processing system is required to have better pressure and sealing performance. The 124Xe’s storage, transfer, purification, and feeding are accomplished through a gas system, a schematic of which is shown in Figure 1.
