江西是中国革命的摇篮,是人民军队的摇篮,是人民共和国的摇篮。她是传统农业大省,全省4400万人口, 80%集中在农村,分布于1614个乡镇和19965个行政村,农业、农村、农民问题历来是我省经济社会发展的头等大事。2003年以来,江西省紧紧抓住中央加大“三农”支持力度的政策机遇,结合社会主义新农村建设,着力加快农村公路建设。6年累计投资274.5亿元,完成农村油(水泥)路建设7.27万公里,行政村通畅率和通达率分别由18.19%和77.8%提高到83.3%和96.12%,南昌、新余、鹰潭、景德镇、萍乡等一批条件较好的市已率先实现行政村村村通油(水泥)路。与此同时,通过大力发展农村客运,乡镇和行政村班车通达率分别达到了100%和86.2%。江西老区人民告别了昔日的泥泞路,从此走上了水泥路、过上了放心桥、乘上了舒适车,由衷地把农村公路称为“民心工程”、“德政工程”。
Jiangxi is the cradle of the Chinese revolution, the cradle of the people’s army and the cradle of the People’s Republic. She is a major traditional agricultural province with 44 million population in the province, 80% concentrated in rural areas, distributed in 1614 townships and 19965 administrative villages. The problems of agriculture, rural areas and peasants have always been the top priority for the economic and social development in Hunan. Since 2003, Jiangxi Province has firmly seized the policy opportunity of the central government to increase support for agriculture, rural areas and farmers and accelerated the construction of rural roads in light of the new socialist countryside construction. In the past six years, a total investment of 27.45 billion yuan has been completed and 72,700 kilometers of rural oil (cement) roads have been completed. The patency rate and accessibility rate of administrative villages have risen from 18.19% and 77.8% to 83.3% and 96.12% respectively. Nanchang, Xinyu, Yingtan, Jingdezhen, Pingxiang and a number of better conditions for the city has taken the lead in the realization of the administrative villages and villages oil (cement) Road. In the meantime, through the vigorous development of rural passenger transport, the pass rates of the township and administrative villages reached 100% and 86.2% respectively. Old people in Jiangxi Province bid farewell to the old muddy road, and then embarked on the cement road, embracing the bridge of peace, riding on a comfortable car, sincerely, the rural roads as “popular project ”, “German political project ”.
