由于历史的原因,福建基础设施一直处在落后于国民经济发展的状况,并日益凸显成为加快发展的一大“瓶颈”。因此,加强基础设施建设,解决“瓶颈”问题,成为实施闽东南开放开发战略的关键问题之一。
Due to historical reasons, Fujian’s infrastructure has always lagged behind its national economic development and has become increasingly prominent as a “bottleneck” in accelerating its development. Therefore, strengthening infrastructure construction and solving the “bottleneck” issue has become one of the key issues for implementing the strategy of opening up and opening up the south east Fujian.
