绩效管理是按劳分配的体现形式之一,它在人员招聘、奖惩、培训及晋升等方面发挥着重要作用,并在供电公司中实现了普遍运用。但由于长期受到多种因素影响,使得供电公司绩效管理工作还存在一定问题,这影响了供电企业的发展。因此,针对这一现象,为实现体制上的改革与发展,就要发挥出人力资源管理工作的效果。
Performance management is one of the manifestations of distribution according to work. It plays an important role in recruitment, rewards and punishments, training and promotion, and is widely used in power supply companies. However, due to a long time being affected by many factors, there are still some problems in the performance management of power supply companies, which affects the development of power supply enterprises. Therefore, in response to this phenomenon, in order to achieve institutional reform and development, we must exert the effectiveness of human resources management.
