南京第一特种电炉厂试制的RC-30-9型网带传送式电窑炉和RFZ-75-6型蒸气发黑炉于1989年12月26日在南京市通过省级鉴定。RC-30-9型网带传送式电窑炉系仿制日本BL-20130NC烧银窑设备试制成功的,且比日本烧银窑节能30%,江西省景德镇国营九九九厂生产使用结果表明,各项技术经济指标完全达到原设计要求,产量提高一倍,经济效益显著。该炉适合陶瓷材料涂银层氧化还原、玻璃器皿退火、钎焊及烤花等工艺,用途广泛,该炉研制成功是为我国加热设备增添一个新品种,填补一项国内空白。
