班级文化建设是班级建设的一个非常重要的方面。它是一种个性文化,是一个班级的灵魂,代表着班级的形象,体现了班级的活力。它已经成为学生成长的重要文化环境。古人云:蓬生麻中,不扶自直;白沙在涅,与之俱黑。随着新课改的深入,德育成为学校工作中的焦点。针对学校与学生的实际情况,笔者从班级“硬文化”和“软文化”建设入手,分析班级文化建设对学生成长所起的作用以及文化建设实施后的反思。
Class culture construction is a very important aspect of class construction. It is a kind of personality culture, is the soul of a class, represents the class image, reflects the class vitality. It has become an important cultural environment for the growth of students. An old saying: Punta Health Ma, do not help straight; white sand in Nirvana, with all black. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, moral education has become the focus of school work. According to the actual situation of schools and students, the author starts with the construction of classes “hard culture” and “soft culture”, and analyzes the role of class culture in the growth of students and the reflection after the implementation of cultural construction.
