本文采用紫外分光光度法测定复方硼砂溶液中苯酚含量。操作简单，快速，结果准确。测定波长为２７０±１ｎｍ，其平均回收率为９９．７９％ＲＳＤ为０．００４％。此法适宜医院制剂分析．
In this paper, the determination of phenol content of the compound borax solution by UV spectrophotometry. Simple, fast, accurate results. The measured wavelength was 270 ± 1 nm with an average recovery of 99.79% RSD of 0.004%. This method is suitable for hospital preparation analysis.
