目的 应用严重烧伤大鼠模型 ,研究中药合剂对烧伤炎症反应的保护作用。方法 Ⅲ度 30 %TB SA大鼠随机分为假烫组 (N组 )、单纯烫伤组 (S组 )和烫伤后中药合剂喂服组 (C组 ) ,采用放射免疫法 ,分别于伤后 6h、1、5、10、2 0d时检测大鼠血清TNFα、IL - β、IL - 6、IL - 8、IL - 4和IL - 10含量。 结果 S组和C组血清中各指标伤后明显升高 ,C组促炎因子 (TNFα、IL - β、IL - 6、IL - 8)分别在不同时相点低于S组 ,而抗炎因子 (IL- 4、IL - 10 )分别在不同时相点高于S组。结论 中药合剂对严重烧伤大鼠炎症反应具有明显保护作用 ,且为双向性调理。
Objective To study the protective effect of Chinese medicine mixture on inflammation of burns in rats with severe burns. Methods III degree 30% TB SA rats were randomly divided into two groups: pseudo-calming group (N group), simple burn group (S group) and post-scald Chinese medicine mixture fed group (C group). Radioimmunoassay was performed at 6h after injury. The serum levels of TNFα, IL-β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-4 and IL-10 were measured on 1, 5, 10, and 20 days. Results The serum levels of S and C groups were significantly elevated after injury. In group C, pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL-β, IL-6, IL-8) were lower than S group at different time points, and anti-inflammatory. The factors (IL-4, IL-10) are higher than the S group at different time points. Conclusion Chinese medicine mixture has obvious protective effect on inflammatory reaction in severely burned rats, and it is bidirectional conditioning.
