一直以来,我国建筑工程的施工模式是比较粗放的。主要表现在施工之前,未能对做好相应的施工组织设计,在施工过程中未能做好相应的管理,以及在工程竣工后未能做好相关的保养。本文重点分析了施工过程中施工管理存在的问题,并对出现问题的原因进行简单阐述,由此提出施工管理的优化措施,为建筑施工管理提供一些参考性的建议。
All along, the construction of China’s construction model is more extensive. Mainly in the construction before, failed to properly organize the design of the organization, in the construction process failed to do a good job of management, and failed to make the relevant maintenance after the completion of the project. This article focuses on the analysis of the construction management problems in the construction process, and the causes of the problems are briefly described, which proposed the construction management optimization measures for the construction management to provide some reference suggestions.
