在《经济管理》杂志的盛名感召下,我开始了自己的编辑生活。紧张、热烈、多彩的编辑实践使我深深体会到,编辑工作更需要热情。编辑要满腔热情地为读者服务。只有满腔热情,编辑才能深入了解读者的需要,想读者所想,为读者组织切合其工作需要并使其喜闻乐见的稿件。编辑要满腔热情地为作者服务。只有满腔热情,编辑才能以最大的耐心和毅力,字斟句酌,以便在有限的版面内,将更多作者的优秀作品刊登出来。热情的人朋友多。热情的编辑也一定是读者多、作者多。我将一如既往,满腔热情地为读者和作者服务。当然,要做好编辑工作,还需要高度的责任心、编辑技巧、知识水平等等。但热情是最起码的要求。
Inspired by the reputation of Economic Management magazine, I started my own editorial life. Tense, enthusiastic, colorful editing practice so that I deeply appreciate the editorial need more enthusiasm. Editors should enthusiastically serve readers. Only enthusiastic, editors can in-depth understanding of the reader’s needs, think readers want to organize for the reader to meet their needs and make it loved by the manuscript. Editors should be enthusiastic about the author’s service. Only with enthusiasm can editors write with the utmost patience and perseverance in order to publish the best works of more authors in a limited format. Enthusiastic friends and more people. Enthusiastic editor must also be more readers, more writers. I will, as always, enthusiastically serve readers and authors. Of course, to do editing, but also a high degree of responsibility, editing skills, knowledge and so on. But passion is the minimum requirement.
