国家旅游局从2016年5月起正式启动在江浙沪三省市、广东省的线上导游自由执业试点工作,以及在吉林长白山、湖南长沙和张家界、广西桂林、海南三亚、四川成都的线上线下导游自由执业试点工作。高职高专旅游专业作为导游人才培养的主力军应主动调整人才培养模式,适应“导游自由执业”的发展趋势。从对在“导游自由执业”背景下导游人才培养的认识误区分析出发,提出在“导游自由执业”背景下的高职高专导游人才培养模式的三点建议。
From May 2016, CNTA officially started the free pilot practice of online tour guides in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces and Guangdong Province as well as the on-line pilot projects in Changbai Mountain of Jilin Province, Changsha and Zhangjiajie of Hunan Province, Guilin of Guangxi Province, Sanya of Hainan Province and Chengdu of Sichuan Province Free guided tour of pilot work. As a main force in the training of tour guides, the tourism specialty of higher vocational colleges should take the initiative to adjust the mode of personnel training and adapt to the development trend of “free guided touring”. Based on the analysis of the misunderstanding of the training of tour guides in the context of free tour guide, this paper puts forward three suggestions on the training mode of tour guide in higher vocational colleges under the background of free tour guide.
