引言通常选择滤油器滤芯的三个主要参数是——效率或β值、压降和纳垢容量。效率即滤油器截留颗粒的能力是最重要的参数,因为这是滤油器在系统中的基本职能。压降也是重要的,因为过大的压降会导致很大的能量损失,而且在低温起动时会使系统出现故障。许多系统设计人员认为高效率滤油器的纳垢容量低,而且使用寿命短。这是错误的认识。恰当地选择产生低污染等级的高效率滤油器将有助于防止元件磨损。而选择较粗的滤油器将导致较快的元件磨损和疲劳,且由于磨损碎片的增多,滤油器不可能有较长的使用寿命。滤油器在堵塞之前的寿命不仅与纳垢容量
INTRODUCTION The three main parameters commonly used to select an oil filter element are efficiency or beta, pressure drop, and scale capacity. Efficiency is the ability of the oil filter to retain particles as the most important parameter as this is the basic function of the oil filter in the system. Pressure drop is also important because excessive pressure drop can cause significant energy loss and can cause system failure at low temperatures. Many system designers consider high-efficiency oil filters as low-volume and short-lived. This is the wrong understanding. Proper selection of high efficiency oil filters with low pollution levels will help prevent component wear. The selection of coarser filters will lead to faster component wear and fatigue, and the increased wear debris, the filter can not have a longer life. The life of the oil filter before it is clogged is not only compatible with the scale capacity
