Conventional orthopedic treatment is the use of the teeth as a support, its disadvantages such as unfavorable tooth movement, root resorption, loss of support, etc., are readily apparent. With the increasing application of implant support in orthodontic treatment, many scholars have drawn great interest in applying orthopedic implants. In this study, 18 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. One pure titanium implant was implanted into each rabbit's nasal septum. Three groups of animals were given 1N and 3N expansion force and no force For a period of 12 weeks, during which time multi-fluorescein labeling was performed. For the first time, the dynamic histomorphological changes of bone formation during the suture expansion were quantitatively analyzed. The authors found that the implant remained intact throughout the loading period. The experimental group compared with the control group, the amount of suture expansion, mineralization rate and bone formation rate were significantly increased, but the percentage of bone but decreased. The author is explaining this pair of spears
