目的 应用超声检测技术对骨肌瓣 (髂骨、腓骨 )重建下颌骨术后的血供进行观察 ,探讨该技术在术后观察血供的应用价值。方法 对 15例骨肌瓣 (髂骨 3例 ,腓骨 12例 )重建下颌骨的病例 ,术后均采用超声多普勒听诊器检测移植骨肌瓣动静脉的血供 ,其中 4例腓骨肌皮瓣作为对照观察。结果 15例骨肌瓣全部存活 ,带皮瓣4例色泽良好。 15例移植骨肌瓣动静脉超声多普勒听诊正常。部分病例术后 2周彩超、同位素扫描结果移植骨生长良好。结论 超声检测技术在骨肌瓣重建下颌骨术后血供的监测中是一种有效的监测方法 ,具有其应用价值。
Objective To observe the blood supply of mandibular bone reconstructed with bone flap (ilium and fibula) by using ultrasonic testing technique and to explore the value of this technique in observing blood supply after operation. Methods The mandibles were reconstructed in 15 cases of osteochondral flap (3 cases of ilium and 12 cases of fibula). The blood samples were collected from the arteriovenous artery of the transplanted bone myoblasts using an ultrasonic Doppler echocardiography. Four cases of peroneal muscle flaps As a control observation. Results All 15 cases of bone myocutaneous flap survival, 4 cases with flaps good color. Transplantation of 15 cases of bone graft flap arteriovenous ultrasound Doppler auscultation normal. In some cases, two weeks after operation, the bone grafts grew well with ultrasound and isotope scan. Conclusion Ultrasound detection is an effective monitoring method in the monitoring of blood supply after reconstruction of mandibular bone with bone muscle flap. It has the value of application.
