“十一五”规划确定了2010年环保、节能目标,中央部委将此项指标列入干部考核体系,随着相关法规的出台,干部考核体系中的环保、节能标准在实践中逐步完善,其建设性作用正在显现,并为我国建设节约、环境友好型社会和实现可持续发展起了重要作用。
