基于高转变温度(高T_C)超导体的红外探测器包括:超导转变边微型测辐射热计、非平衡光电效应探测器和光助遂道探测器。作为单个的探测器,超导转变边微型测辐射热计性能适中,对大的二维凝视焦平面阵列有潜在的应用。实验研究高T_C超导体的非平衡光电效应,表明其测辐射热信号并不理想。光助隧道效应在理论上有很高的性能,但尚无实验数据可供利用。
Infrared detectors based on high transition temperature (high T_C) superconductors include a superconducting transition edge microbolometer, an unbalanced photoelectric effect detector, and a light-assisted tunnel detector. As a single detector, the superconducting transition edge microbolometer has a moderate performance and potential application to a large two-dimensional gaze focal plane array. Experimental study of high T_C superconductor non-equilibrium photoelectric effect, indicating that the measured radiant heat signal is not ideal. Optical tunneling effect in theory, high performance, but no experimental data available.
