本文对香竺葵油急性毒性、抗炎、镇痛解热和局麻等方面作用作了初步探讨.给小鼠一次口服香竺葵油乳剂,三天内LD50=3.66±0.24克/公斤,证明该制剂的毒性较低.本制剂局部应用和口服给药对醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,巴豆油引起的耳部炎症及炎性渗出均有明显的抑制作用,但对肉芽组织增生无显著影响.由于本剂能明显提高小鼠血浆皮质醇含量,提示其抗炎作用可能与促进皮质激素分泌有关.小剂量香葵乳剂口服又证明有增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,原因待查.用热板法和扭体反应法证明香竺葵油具有中等强度的镇痛作用,虽不能明显提高镇痛百分率但却能显著减少单位时间扭体次数,说明口服给药有延长痛反应时间的效应.但对三联菌苗致热家兔无解热作用.本制剂局部应用能使家兔角膜反射和蟾蜍离体坐骨神经动作电位明显减弱,提示有一定的表面麻醉和阻滞麻醉效能.但两者与地卡因和普鲁卡因相比,有显效慢、作用弱和持续时间长的特点.
