1 材料与方法1.1 药品与试剂 脑脉宝,由生黄芪、丹参、当归、川芎、地龙、水蛭、大黄、牛磺酸等组成,组成中药均经北京中医药大学中药鉴定室李家实教授鉴定为正品,水煎浓缩成2g生药/ml,维脑路通片剂(山西省芮城制药厂,批号9410090)。5.5-二硫代双(2-硝基苯甲酸)(DTNB)(Sigma公司),MDA、SOD试剂盒(南京建成生物工程研究所),还原型谷胱甘肽(生化试剂,上海化学试剂采购供应站提供),其余均为国产分析纯。
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Drugs and reagents Niaomaibao consists of raw Astragalus membranaceus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma diosgeni, Rhizoma diosgenin, rhubarb, and taurine. The Chinese herbal medicines were all identified by Professor Li Jiashi, a traditional Chinese medicine appraisal room at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
