目的对工作场所空气中乙酐的测定对象和定量方法进行改进,提高方法的适用性。方法采集在活性炭管中的乙酐易与微量水分反应,生成乙酸和乙酐混合物,经丙酮解吸后,解吸液中乙酐和乙酸经DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,以气相色谱(FID)测定,合并换算成空气中乙酐浓度。结果乙酐最低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m~3,解吸效率为92.0%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.3%,加标回收率为101%。结论改进后的方法适用于工作场所空气中乙酐的测定。
OBJECTIVE To improve the determination of acetic anhydride in the workplace air and quantitative methods to improve the applicability of the method. Methods The acetic anhydride in the activated carbon tube was easy to react with trace water to produce a mixture of acetic acid and acetic anhydride. Acetone and acetic anhydride were separated from the acetic anhydride and acetic acid in the desorption solution after desorption by acetone, and determined by gas chromatography (FID) Merged into the concentration of acetic anhydride in the air. Results The minimum detectable concentration of acetic anhydride was 0.2 mg / m ~ 3, the desorption efficiency was 92.0% ~ 94.1%, the relative standard deviation was 1.8% -7.3%, and the recovery rate was 101%. Conclusion The improved method is suitable for the determination of acetic anhydride in the air of workplace.
