目的分析研究中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并肺结核的临床效果。方法选取本院2010～2012年2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者80例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用西医方法进行降糖与抗结核化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加上中医中药治疗,治疗后对比两组降糖情况与肺结核治疗情况。结果治疗后两组治疗比较,治疗组血糖控制情况明显高于对照组,两者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在结核治疗方面,总有效率治疗组高于对照组,两组之间的差距具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结核治疗2型糖尿病合并肺结核,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given western medicine for hypoglycemic and anti-TB chemotherapy. The treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine After treatment, the two groups were compared with the hypoglycemic situation and the treatment of tuberculosis. Results After treatment, the blood glucose control in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In tuberculosis treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with pulmonary tuberculosis, clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
