目的探讨干扰素软膏在阴道内尖锐湿疣防复发中的作用。方法选择自2006年来70例阴道内尖锐湿疣病人随机分成两组,进行微波加干扰素软膏涂抹及消疣灵肌注,在2、4、6、8、10和12周随访,按疗效进行统计学分析。结果两组病人第12周CA复发率有显著差异性。结论微波联合干扰素软膏及消疣灵注射液治疗CA复发率低,而且方便安全性高。
Objective To investigate the role of interferon ointment in preventing recurrence of genital warts in the vagina. Methods Seventy patients with intravaginal condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with microwave plus interferon ointment and Xiaoyongling intramuscular injection. The patients were followed up at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks according to the therapeutic effect Analysis. Results The recurrence rate of CA in the 12th week in both groups was significantly different. Conclusions Microwave combined with interferon ointment and Xiaoyuling injection can reduce the recurrence rate of CA, and it is convenient and safe.
