我所研究成功的ZL206S热强铸造铝合金是利用我国富有资源稀土元素作为主要成份的铝-铜-稀土系合金。通过控制铜和稀土含量及其比例,并采用锰、锆等元素复合强化,可以获得优良的常温和高温机械性能。这种新合金的性能水平达到和超过了国外现有综合性能最好的铝-镉-镍系热铸铝材料,与铝-稀土系合金的性能对比列于下表。
ZL206S hot strong casting aluminum alloy that I studied successfully is the use of China’s rich resources of rare earth elements as the main ingredient of aluminum - copper - rare earth alloys. Through the control of copper and rare earth content and its proportion, and the use of manganese, zirconium and other elements of composite strengthening, can be excellent at room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties. The performance level of this new alloy meets and surpasses that of the best available aluminum-cadmium-nickel based hot-cast aluminum materials in foreign countries. The performance comparison with aluminum-rare earth alloys is shown in the table below.
