用白菜型、芥菜型、甘蓝型3个类型油菜与甘蓝型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育系进行测交,对缺绿性和育性观察。结果表明:1.不缺绿组合仅芥菜型油菜2个组合,微缺绿的3个类型组合占测交总数11.02%,重症缺绿和次重缺绿占总测交组合75.43%。不同的回交世代缺绿无差异;缺绿的差异主要受不同血缘类型材料的影响。2.育性观察结果,甘蓝型油菜组合均为彻底不育,为保持系;芥菜型、白菜型油菜组合不多虽表现彻底不育,但出现了雄蕊退化不彻底的组合,有待深入研究。
The cabbage type, mustard type, cabbage type three types of rape and Brassica napus radish cytoplasmic male sterile lines were measured for lack of green and fertility observed. The results showed that: 1. There was no combination of two combinations of Brassica juncea, the three types of micro-missing green accounted for 11.02% of the total number of tested races, and the severe and the lack of green accounted for 75.43%. Different backcross generations lack of green no difference; the lack of green differences are mainly affected by different blood types of materials. Fertility observations showed that the combination of Brassica napus was completely sterile, which was a maintainer line. Although not many combinations of Brassica juncea and Brassica campestris are completely sterile, there was a combination of incomplete stamen degeneration, which needs further study.
