珍珠菜属(Lysimachia L.)植物在我国分布广泛、资源丰富,其中多种植物在民间药用,过路黄(L.christinae)的干燥全草为常用中药金钱草的基源植物。本属植物中含有大量的黄酮类、三萜类、挥发油等化学成分;现代药理学研究表明,该属植物提取物或某些成分在抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化等方面显示了较好的生物活性。本文对近年来国内外报道的珍珠菜属植物化学成分及药理作用研究进行综述,为进一步研究开发该属植物资源提供依据。
Lysimachia L. plants widely distributed in our country, rich in resources, including a variety of plants in the folk medicinal, dried yellow (L.christinae) dried whole plant commonly used Chinese herbal medicine money grass-based plants. The genus contains a large number of flavonoids, triterpenoids, volatile oil and other chemical components; modern pharmacological studies have shown that the genus extracts or some of the components in the anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidation, etc. showed a good biological active. This review summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the genus Ligusticum reported in China and other countries in recent years and provides the basis for further research and development of this genus.
