中国国家主席习近平在2013年9月和10月出访中亚和东南亚期间,先后提出共建“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的重大倡议,屈指算来已过去三年。“一带一路”重大倡议提出以来,赢得了沿线国家的积极响应和广泛参与,形成了各国共商、共建、共享的合作局面。在“一带一路”倡议的推动下,中国与“一带一路”国家的油气合作也不断拓展深化。
