目的 :研究慢性鼻窦炎上颌窦开口处黏膜中溶菌酶 (lysozyme ,LZ)、乳铁蛋白 (lactoferrin ,LF)、IgA、IgG、补体等分泌免疫成分在局部防御慢性炎症过程中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测LZ、LF、IgA、IgG、补体C3在慢性鼻窦炎 2 0例 (Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型各 10例 )和健康对照 10例的上颌窦自然开口处黏膜中的表达。结果 :鼻窦炎Ⅰ型中LZ、LF明显高于健康对照 (P <0 .0 1)。鼻窦炎Ⅱ型中LF、补体C3明显高于健康对照 (P >0 .0 1)。 2例鼻窦炎Ⅰ型IgA为阴性 ,余均有不同程度的阳性表达。结论 :上颌窦窦口黏膜中LZ、LF、IgA、IgG补体等在慢性鼻窦炎病理过程中起一定作用 ,两型鼻窦炎局部免疫状况可能存在差异
Objective: To investigate the role of secretory immune components such as lysozyme (LZ), lactoferrin (LF), IgA, IgG and complement in the mucosa of chronic sinusitis at the opening of the maxillary sinus in local defense of chronic inflammation. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of LZ, LF, IgA, IgG and complement C3 in the mucosa of 20 cases of chronic sinusitis (10 cases of type I and type II) and 10 cases of healthy control expression. Results: LZ and LF in type Ⅰ sinusitis were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Sinusitis type Ⅱ LF, complement C3 was significantly higher than healthy controls (P> 0. 2 cases of sinusitis type IgA negative, I have more than a certain degree of positive expression. CONCLUSIONS: LZ, LF, IgA and IgG complement in the maxillary sinus ostium play a role in the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis. There may be differences in the local immune status between the two types of sinusitis
