目的评价规范填写国际疾病编码对实现DRGs的重要影响。方法随机抽取了100份出院病历的疾病编码和手术操作编码进行研究,分别使用ICD-10编码(北京协和医院版)及ICD-9-CM手术操作编码进行重新编码,比较原始编码和新编码的差异程度。结果诊断编码和手术操作编码不准确率均>30%。结论规范填写ICD-10编码(北京协和医院版)及ICD-9-CM手术操作编码对实现DRGs合理分组付费具有重大意义。
Objective To evaluate the important impact of filling out international disease codes on the achievement of DRGs. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients were enrolled in the study. The patients were recoded with ICD-10 code (Beijing Union Medical College Hospital) and ICD-9-CM surgical code, and the original code and the new code were compared Difference degree. Results The diagnostic coding and surgical procedure coding inaccuracy were both> 30%. Conclusion It is of great significance to standardize the ICD-10 coding (Beijing Union Medical College Hospital version) and the ICD-9-CM surgical coding to achieve reasonable grouping of DRGs.
