采用土壤模拟溶液的试验方法结合电化学试验,对不同轧制工艺的X80管线钢在土壤环境中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,不同轧制工艺条件下X80管线钢的显微组织不同,显微组织影响X80管线钢的耐腐蚀性能,弥散分布的M-A岛易于导致微电池腐蚀而降低管线钢的耐腐蚀性能,腐蚀时间为30 d和72 d时X80管线钢的耐腐蚀性能的变化规律基本一致;土壤模拟溶液腐蚀试验失重法的试验结果与电化学试验结果基本吻合。
The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel with different rolling processes in soil environment was studied by using soil simulating solution test method combined with electrochemical test. The results show that the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel is different under different rolling conditions. The microstructure affects the corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel. The dispersed MA island can easily lead to the corrosion of micro-battery and reduce the corrosion resistance of pipeline steel. The change law of the corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel was basically the same on the time of 30 days and 72 days. The results of soil erosion test showed that the results of the soil erosion test were in good agreement with those of the electrochemical test.
