对阻塞性黄疸模型鼠的心肌形态改变及其与胆汁酸、胆红素和内毒素的关系进行了研究。结果表明:胆道梗阻1、2周,内毒素血症尚不明显时,心肌已有线粒体肿胀、变形、嵴消失等超微结构改变,梗阻2周时尚有肌丝紊乱,此时血胆汁酸浓度明显升高,管饲胆酸钠使血胆汁酸峰浓度达到胆道梗阻2周的平均浓度,心肌有类似的超微结构改变。这提示阻塞性黄疸时胆汁酸淤积会损害心肌超微结构。
The morphological changes of myocardium in obstructive jaundice model rats and its relationship with bile acid, bilirubin and endotoxin were studied. The results showed that the ultrastructural changes of mitochondria swelling, deformation and disappearance of cristae had been observed in the first and second week after biliary obstruction and the endotoxemia was still not obvious. Significantly increased, echogenic sodium cholate so that blood bile acid peak concentration reached the average concentration of biliary obstruction 2 weeks, myocardial ultrastructural changes have a similar. This suggests that bile acid deposition in obstructive jaundice can damage myocardial ultrastructure.
