目的探讨精细化管理在新生儿科的应用价值,以供临床参考。方法随机将2015年11—12月期间惠州市第二妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的患儿100例作为观察组,予以精细化护理管理。对照组随机选择2014年5—6月期间惠州市第二妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的患儿100例,予以常规护理管理。比较两组技术操作规范、护理记录正确、护理安全管理以及业务考核合格、护理质量分数以及患儿家属的满意度等。结果观察组技术操作规范、护理记录正确、护理安全管理以及业务考核合格等情况均优于对照组(χ~2=4.751,3.387,5.395,7.463,均P<0.05),观察组护理质量分数(97.8±4.6)高于对照组护理质量分数(85.0±7.1),t=7.092,P<0.05。观察组中未发生护理纠纷或投诉情况,对患儿家属满意度进行调查,满意度99.0%,对照组中发生5例护理纠纷,11例投诉,患儿家属满意度调查结果显示满意度为89.0%,观察组中患儿家属的满意度高于对照组(χ~2=6.814,P<0.05)。结论在新生儿科中应用精细化护理管理能有效提高护理质量,有利于改善护患关系,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of fine management in neonatology for clinical reference. Methods 100 cases of children admitted to the Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huizhou from November to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and meticulous care management. The control group randomly selected 100 cases of infants admitted to the Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huizhou from May to June 2014, and received routine nursing management. Comparison of two groups of technical practices, nursing records correctly, nursing safety management and business assessment, nursing quality scores and the satisfaction of the families of children and so on. Results The observation group was better than the control group in technical operation standard, nursing record, nursing safety management and business assessment (χ ~ 2 = 4.751,3.387,5.395,7.463, both P <0.05). The observation group’s nursing quality score 97.8 ± 4.6) was higher than that of control group (85.0 ± 7.1), t = 7.092, P <0.05. In the observation group, there was no nursing dispute or complaint. Satisfaction was 99.0% in the family members’ satisfaction, 5 cases in the control group and 11 cases in the control group. Satisfaction of the children’s family members satisfaction was 89.0 %. Satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (χ ~ 2 = 6.814, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of meticulous care management in neonatology can effectively improve the nursing quality, which is beneficial to improve the relationship between nurses and patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
