过去的研究认为酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)是成熟的T淋巴细胞的标记,对于胚胎胸腺淋巴细胞ANA E的研究很少报道。本研究对ICR小鼠胚胎胸腺发生过程中淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶活性的变化进行了动态观察,发现12、14天鼠胚胸腺原基成淋巴细胞均呈现酯酶强阳性,其胞质中含有多个粗大的阳性颗粒,17天鼠胚胸腺淋巴细胞ANAE活性明显下降,此时大部分淋巴细胞胞质中仅含1~2个细小的阳性颗粒。这种规律性过去文献中尚未见报道。本文对这种规律的可靠性进行了讨论。
Previous studies have suggested that acidic nonspecific esterase (ANAE) is a marker of mature T lymphocytes and few reports have been reported on embryonic thymic lymphocytes ANA E. In this study, ICR mouse thymus during embryonic thymus acid non-specific esterase activity changes were observed dynamic, found that 12 and 14 days embryonic thymus lymphocytes showed strong esterase, its cytoplasm contains A number of coarse positive particles, 17-day embryonic thymus lymphocyte ANAE activity decreased significantly, most of the lymphocyte cytoplasm contains only 1 or 2 small positive particles. This regularity has not been reported in the past literature. This article discusses the reliability of this law.
