(一九五一年四月三日协商委员会第二次全体会议通过)第一条本条例根据中央人民政府颁布的省各界人民代表会议组织通则第九、十、十一条及中国人民政治协商会议全国委员会关于地方委员会的决定及江西省各界人民代表会议组织条例之规定订定之。(四)负责进行下届省各界人民代表会议的准备工作。(五)负责进行有关本省人民民主统一战线工作。(六)在普选的人民代表大会召开以前代行中国人民政治协商会议地方委员会的职权。
(Adopted at the Second Plenary Session of the Consultative Committee on April 3, 1951) Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with Articles 9, 10 and 11 of the General Rules of Organization of the People’s Congresses of Various Departments promulgated by the Central People’s Government and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference The National Committee of the Conference has decided on the decisions of local committees and the regulations of the people’s deputies meetings of all walks of life in Jiangxi Province. (D) responsible for the next session of the people’s congress of all sectors of the preparatory work. (E) responsible for carrying out the people’s democratic united front work in our province. (6) To hold the power of the local committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference before the general election of the people’s congress.
